Use this tool to create new user ids from information that is provided through a CSV file.
- Customize load-registration-temp-table.sql to match the information you have in your CSV file.
- Manually load the CSV information into the registration_temp table by running the source script named load-registration-temp-table.sql.
- Click the Create Users button to create the new user records.
